1.RADICAL PERMISSION

How to lead with your edge instead of rounding it off, pushing it down, or pretending it doesn't exist (edge? what edge? I'm a kitten!).  

Are you a perfectionist? Whose standards are you living up to? Do you know what you're capable of or, are you playing it safe with what you know you can comfortably create? Do have a sneaking suspicion you're totally awesome, but can't figure out how to leverage it? Do you have a sneaking suspicion you're secretly horrible, and you're seconds away from everyone else figuring it out?

Learn how to leverage your strengths instead of compensating for your weaknesses with more discipline. This means you actually feel energized to get your stuff done, instead of forcing yourself to do things you aren't good at. Do what you really what, and know what that actually is.

2. CONFIDENT FOCUS:

How to concentrate your creative energy into a single point of focus instead of scattering it all over the place.

Do you have so many ideas that you don’t know what to focus on--and you don’t even know if you want to focus on just one of them because you don’t want to miss out? Are you good at a lot of things (no time for modesty!), so it’s easy for you to get caught up in delivering what other people want from you? Do you have attention issues? Switch between hyper focus and hyper distraction?

Learn how to turn what you really care about into a reliable framework for focusing your attention and energy that actually works.

3.CULTIVATED RESILIENCE:

What to do when things don’t work out the way you thought they would.

What do you do when you hit a setback? How long does it take you to recover? What coping skills/techniques do you have for recovery?  Do they work? How good are you at doing good things to get what you want even when you don't feel like it?

This is all about how to overcome the Devil Twins (perfectionism and procrastination) and cultivate the ability to keep going with a sense of relief even when things don’t go perfectly. Learning how to deal with obstacles without taking them personally--without completely ignoring your feelings (because you know they'll just come back to bite you later).

4. RESISTANCE TRAINING:

How to get out of an anxiety-thought spiral and into inspired action.

Do you feel like you think too much for your own good sometimes? How much space/time do worry and anxious thoughts take up in your life? How is your anxiety getting in the way of your efforts?  How good are you at getting out of your head? Do you feel like you self-sabotage and rebel against yourself sometimes, despite our best intentions? 

Learn tools for dealing with self-sabotage, resistance (that voice that tells you "but I don't waaaaannnaaaa"), and anxiety so you stop wasting energy on resistance and start using it for your life and work.

5. MAINTAINING MOMENTUM:

Create structure and accountability that you keeping moving forward without burning you out.

How sustainable does your current way of working and living feel to you? Do you feel burned out? Do you have a pretty good handle on what kinds of structures and systems you need in your life to keep everything running smoothly? What about to keep things running well? Do you switch between "doing all the things" and doing none of the things? Do you remember to eat well, sleep enough, get fresh air, and move your body in ways it likes? Do you have goals? A way of measuring them? Accountability? Are you actually making progress?

This is where you get a focus statement, an action plan, and a partner that holds you accountable to following through (that's me!). It's also where you learn how to create a sustainable work-life situation that prevents (and heals) burn out.
